Activities for Independent living?

Re: Activities for Independent living?

- Have an art show to allow artistic residents to display their various forms of art. It went over really well in our IL and now we have a regular art display in our Activities Room which is changed every week. - We have a number of residents who knit and crochet baby hats for the nursery in a nearby hospital, and they also make teddy bears for young patients and other items for newborns and older children. This is VERY much appreciated by the hospital. - We have regular sing-a-longs. - We have a monthly Fireside Chat with the managers, where we share trivia, senior stories and have lots of laughs. - How about a scavenger hunt?
