Share our home

My Mother and I would like to share our home. We are seeking a gentlewoman who is retired and would enjoy the benefits of not living alone. We are looking to create a situation that is financially and socially beneficial for all. In other words the rent is negotiable. My Mother is 81 yo and I am 54. We live in a rather large ranch home near Jordan and Holmes in Huntsville. There is plenty of off street parking and only 3 small stairs to the door. We have wonderful neighbors and a church across the street. We are planning a big spring clean and while we both smoke, we are going to institute a single smoking room so the rest of the house will remain smoke free. We have four cats who we love dearly. We are also contracting a regular cleaning service......we aren't looking for a maid.
