We are situated in Honeymoon Park, which is an over 55 complex in Dunedin, just outside Clearwater, on the west coast of Florida. The house is available from Saturday 25 June until 29 August this year. Cost is £750 per month plus £100 deposit. We have a modern luxury 2-bedroom manufactured home with spacious bedrooms, one ensuite, the second bathroom with shower over bath. Large Florida room. Fully-equipped kitchen. Lounge with TV and video. Car port and patio area. Honeymoon Park has its own covered swimming pool and there is the opportunity to shuffleboard and take part in other community activities. The beach area – the Gulf of Mexico – is 5 minutes from the house which is also a haven for fishermen. The 30-mile long Pinellas Trail – from Tarpon Springs to St Petersburg - is on the doorstep and is popular with walkers, cyclists and skaters alike. For golfers there is St Andrews - a former PGA course - also on the doorstep. Local shops and Publix supermarket are just around the corner and the quaint town of Dunedin – 10 minutes away – is famous for its antique shops, festivals and restaurants.
